My personal philosophy is that if we have hope and give hope, that is the beginning of something special. Possibilities in healing lives are available to so many, if there is an interruption of what’s not working, an openness for guidance, and hope instilled for recovery and healing to occur.

My passion for creating this company and the work and passion our team has are both personal and professional. I love witnessing the hope and transformation families experience and guiding them into new possibilities for themselves and their families’ lives.

I am a BSN-Prepared Registered Nurse, a Certified Case Manager, a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), and a Certified Health Coach. I hold registered nursing licenses in Michigan, California, and Florida and a multi-state licensure that includes 41 states and 2 US Territories. Since becoming a Registered Nurse in 1997, I have worked in various areas of health care, including surgical, trauma/catastrophic injuries (specializing in brain and spinal cord injury), substance use disorder, aging needs, and acquired, developmental, and mental health disabilities.

I founded Feinberg Consulting in 1996 and have worked hard over the years to build a strong team of multidisciplinary medical and business professionals. Through this, I developed a mentorship and leadership training program that has successfully trained many professionals. The mentorship program strengthened our team, ensuring the highest quality of services are provided to each client we serve.

Through my continued commitment to client advocacy, I also became a trained interventionist. In 2013 I underwent a formalized intervention training by Jeff and Debra Jay called Love First. In 2014, I underwent the BreakFree Intervention training with Brad Lamm, and in November 2015, I went through additional training with Judith Landau, M.D., in the ARISE Invitational Intervention Model. As a Certified Case Manager, I have found many similarities in the continuum of care needed for Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders, much like Complex Medical and Injury needs. It’s all about providing our clients with direction, education, and advocacy to support their healing and recovery journey. Through our interventions, clinical management, case management, family, and recovery coaching, our team creates remarkable opportunities for individuals and families to heal.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four adult children, grandchildren, and beautiful golden doodle, Bella. I also enjoy physical activities such as yoga, aqua fitness, golf, and walking Bella. I also enjoy reading, learning, and personal growth.
